Senkaku Islands Dispute: Former Owner Criticizes Japanese Government

The Senkaku Islands are at the center of a conflict between Japan and China, which both lay claim to the tiny outcrops. The islands used to belong to a rich Japanese family, who recently sold them to the government. One of the members of the family told SPIEGEL that Tokyo should have done more to defend Japan's sovereignty.

It's not fair that the world is so transfixed with some uninhabited islands and sea rocks called Senkaku/Diaoyu, and not caring much for the fate of whole people and cultures that are at this very moment being killed off and exterminated in the most barbaric and ruthless genocide by China's rulers.

Please, please, could the World please help save the Tibetan and Uighur people and cultures from extinction right on their own homelands in the hands of China's rulers.

Before resolving the Senkaku/Diaoyu issue, they (China's rulers) must be kicked out of Tibet and East Turkistan (Sinkjiang) which they occupy illegally and criminally, and have been committing the most heinous genocidal crime against the Tibetan and Uighur people and cultures.
