German Economy Minister Philipp Rösler was left outside a Catholic orphanage during the Vietnam War and later taken to Germany where he was adopted. In a SPIEGEL ONLINE interview, he talked about his feelings about his upcoming visit to the country of his birth as a member of the German government.
