We only have to figure out how this whole intgration thing could work (to integrate the last Germans into the Muslim society), and then the "Islamic republic of Germany" will be the leading country!

Of course the Germans will have to put much more effort into their Integration, than they are doing today. Eating Doener and singing "Sikedim" the whole day (for those who do not know check Tarkan Sikedim on the Net.) does not make you a good muslim. I take it to mean you are just kidding in this post. You don't really want to have Muslims replacing the birthrate in Germany do you? that's pretty absurd. It wouldn't be Germany anymore, it would be Muslimland. If I was Germans I would enjoy the small declining population and be glad that the country isn't overpopulated, enjoy the oblivion that is the warp zone created by a small population and not fill it up with a bunch of crap heads from middle east. I would enjoy oblivion and being outside of global mainstream culture. It's a sanctified position which might one day become quite a luxury and something only the rich can afford: freedom from mainstream media culture and overpopulation which ultimately leads to self destruction and fighting amongst different classes and ethnicities. Hey, why not invite more Americans to live there instead? There are lots of Americans who would rather not live in America anymore. It would much more sensible to make it easier for them to immigrate to Germany, that would increase your population; but, if you like Muslims better...

They definitely will depending on the demographic changes the German (and EU)society / ies will undergo in the years to come. So measures have to be taken now. Political correctness has to be reconsidered. It doesn't work burying one's head in the sand.
The first encouraging measures are being taken by Germany, e.g. Islamic religious instruction in German language.

Let's hope and see.

Contextually speaking, Muslims did and would in fact, use this term with the meaning that the non-Muslims, in the case of the original usage those who were considered "People of the Book" Jews and Christians, were in fact "guilty" of "liable" (as in being part of a "pact" or "contract" as you indicated) under Sharia, of not being Muslims.

The bottomline is that Dhimma were guilty under Sharia of not being Muslims, which concept violated other proscriptions under Quranic doctrine, which lead to the forced conversions of non-Muslims.

I am a Muslim, grew up in a predominantly Muslim nation. Never heard of the phrase you are talking about. Besides, Jews have a lot more offensive words for non-Jews. I don't see you attacking Jews however.
