I am not an anti-Semite, but from my own studies and knowledge, much of which is not popularly public, I have found some things I dislike about Zionism. But I do not posit a Jewish gene or anything weird like that! The Zionists are of course vicious control freaks, who want to operate under the cloak of darkness, but no politician has told me this. I have merely observed it. Its all too obvious in the USA. People like Joe Lieberman who want the president to have the ability to turn off the internet, to have a kill switch. Lieberman is a Zionist. You can see he married a woman named "Hadassah", which he thought would be funny, because it is the name of the women's Zionist org in USA. Thats a strange reason to be interested in a woman!

I do not know so much about Zionism, and the little knowledge I have resulted from reading a book written by Stefan Zweig where he describes the downfall of European culture. Herzl who came up with that idea was not liked very much for his plans by Jews who felt fully integrated in Western Europe countries. For them it was a step back because they managed to make a living in societies whose developments had been influenced a lot by them, and even in many fields, art und music for example, were Jews over proportionally represented. They thought it was something for the Eastern Jews who were often very poor. And they were not liked for Jewishness. The genocide changed everything, of course. The way Israel was founded offers a lot of criticism, however, the way Zionism had been practised until neo-liberalism started to conquer the world was quite progressive - nowadays we would say it was basis democratism pure. Just think of the kibbutz.

I see these Zionists as being backwards religious head-bobbing nuts. They are often the push to expand settlements in Israel and are often aligned with Evangelicals in the USA. In my experience, they are like southern baptists, vaguely uneducated, irate, aggressive. They are not kibbutz socialists anymore, but hardcore capitalists. Perhaps its the American and European Zionists who have really reshaped it, with their Protestant connections and crazed elitism. They are mostly anti-communist these days. I like those Hasidim guys who are anti-zionist and more reasonable. They talk about pre-zionist Israel. They say Jews and Palestinians used to babysit each other's children before Zionism became so strong. I think there was perfect harmony in Israel before these religious nuts showed up.

This observation causes me to consider that wherever there is a lack of peace, there are profiteers - more concisely: war profiteers. If the people are at peace, always there are businessmen who realize that the easy sociality of people is not conducive to business interests. the Hasidim will have to get tough and beat up the War Profiteers like Blackie and Marko in "Underground":
